Ayesha Takia has been signed for the lead role opposite Salman Khan in Boney Kapoor''s forthcoming project. The film, which is the hindi remake of Tamil superhit 'Pokkiri', will be titled 'Wanted Dead and Alive''.
Boney Kapoor claims that he was impressed with Ayesha's performance in Nagesh Kukunoor's 'Dor' and is confident that she has the freshness and talent to suit the role. The film, to be shot in Bangkok, also stars Om Puri and Mahesh Manjrekar. To be directed by Prabhudeva, the musical notes will be composed by Sajid-Wajid duo.
